Requesting an Extension!

Dear readers,


My apologies for being late with the new book covers.  They are taking much longer than I originally anticipated.

My new goal is to get the new covers finished and out, update my author bios at Amazon and Barnes & Noble and places like that, and come out to readers as a guy by June 1st, 2015.  I know that's a while off, but I'm setting a realistic deadline this time.  It will happen, don't worry :)

I hope you're enjoying the series and rooting for Nora, Wolf, Gabriel and the gang!

THE COMEBACK KID

Hey all!


I apologize for having to be the comeback kid and not posting for nearly a year (beat that by a month, hah!) but that was part of my plan - to let the series go, to release it to the void, and see what happened.  Well, sales haven't been terrible, which is good news.  In fact they've been decent.  But after some thought, I decided it was time for a few changes.

Here they are:


1.  NEW COVERS FOR ALL THE BOOKS!  WOO!

2.  A REVAMPED SALES CAMPAIGN STRATEGY!

3.  And, perhaps most importantly, my decision to come out of the closet...   as a guy.  You see, I've been hiding for a long time.  Like, a very long time - afraid that if you all found out who and what I was, sales would plummet.  Turns out it's hard for lukewarm-to-begin-with sales to plummet, so I'm giving it ago!  Yes I'm male (sorry ladies) and no I don't think that hurts my ability to write in the first personal as a female, one Nora Saynt-Rae.

So these are the strategies that I plan to implement over the next two weeks - a combined year one birthday present to the series (since I released it over a year ago) and also as a birthday present to myself, because mine is right around the corner (hush! hush!).  

That's all for now peeps.  Hope you're doing great and had as wonderful a Christmas, holiday, and New Year's as was possible given your various circumstances.  Because, really, that's all we can ever hope for.  Right?

ONE PROUD DAY!

My Dear Readers,

After a year and a half of work on the NEWBORN TRILOGY, I am PROUD to say that books 2 and 3 in the trilogy, "AWAY WITH ME", and "DO US PART", respectively, are now officially released.  On time and on schedule as planned. You can find them at Amazon (click the covers to the right of this post for those), Smashwords, and soon they will be available at Barnes and Noble through ePub publishing.  I am so very pleased!

I would like to thank my editor, Kye Fehrenbach, without whom none of this would have been even remotely possible.  Thank you, My friend :)

NEWBORN Trilogy to be Released in January, 2014

Hello everybody!

Hope you're all doing well and gearing up for a cheerful and contented Christmas!  Just wanted to let you know I'm on schedule with my editor to release books 2 and 3 of the NEWBORN Trilogy - "AWAY WITH ME" and "DO US PART", respectively - next month.  Probably around mid month.  NEWBORN, the series opener, is already available but will be getting a new cover to match the covers of the new books.

I'm so excited!

After a year and a half of writing and editing (first had the idea for this trilogy in August, 2012 and started NEWBORN that same month) the series is to be released!  I want to thank my editor for his hard work, diligence, timeliness, and friendship throughout this process.

DO US PART is finished

Dear readers,

I finished DO US PART, book 3 of the Newborn Trilogy, at 11:13pm on August 31st, 2013, concluding my trilogy and over a years worth of work.  I'm extremely pleased with the ending!  And sort of sad I'm finished - with the rough drafts, anyhow.  Still have lots of editing to do though.  Books 2 and 3 of the trilogy will be released in January, 2014.

I can't wait till you read them :)

A Slight Adjustment

Dear readers,

After careful consideration, I have decided to release both books 2 and 3 of the NEWBORN Trilogy, "Away With Me," and "Do Us Part," respectively, together in January rather than the original plan which was to release "Away With Me" in September and "Do Us Part" in December.  This decision arose after careful analysis of the amount of editing that "Away With Me" requires, and releasing both at the same time makes more sense from a standpoint of practicality.  I appreciate your patience for these works, and wish you a happy autumn in the meantime :)
